Returns & Refunds policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Premier Events Hawaii or due to circumstances beyond our control (see "Act of God" clause below).

2. Event Cancellation by Premier Events Hawaii

If Premier Events Hawaii cancels an event, we will issue full refunds for all tickets purchased. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the cancellation announcement.

3. "Act of God" Cancellations

In the event of cancellation due to an "Act of God," defined as extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events), we will issue full refunds for all tickets purchased.

4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

Tickets will be honored for the new date.

If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the rescheduling announcement.

5. Unable to Attend

If you are unable to attend an event for personal reasons, we encourage you to:

Transfer your ticket to another person (where permitted).

Contact us to explore other options, such as credit towards a future event (at our discretion).

6. Refund Process

To request a refund for a cancelled or rescheduled event:

Provide your order number and the event details.

Specify your preferred refund method (original payment method or account credit).

Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days.

7. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances not covered by this policy, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Our customer service team will work with you to find the best possible solution.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
